AHT Local Groups
Currently the AHT supports two local groups in Great Britain: the Oxford & Cotswold Group, and the South-East Wales Group. Meetings of all groups are open to members of the public - the only qualification being interest in the study and discussion of spiritual/religious experience and related topics. The groups invite speakers to give talks and run more informal discussion group meetings. For the scheduled programme of meetings, click on Events.
AHT Oxford & Cotswold Group
The Oxford Cotswold Group meets on the first Saturday of each month in Oxford. At each coffee morning there is a main speaker followed by an open discussion after the talk.

AHT South-East Wales Group
The South East Wales group was founded in December 2010. It is an informal gathering, drawing from each others' experience, knowledge and expertise. We meet in the convener's home four times a year in the afternoons. We hope we are able to fulfill and extend our own knowledge, and share our discoveries with the AHT at large through the medium of De Numine.

Why not start you own local group?
Groups do not have to be large, or organise speakers. People can meet in each other's homes or elsewhere for quiet informal discussion. Speaking about such matters is no longer taboo - many people have a story to tell. This can be helpful in grounding one's own experience. The AHT encourages the forming of groups, and can supply guidance and material. If you and a friend(s) might be interested in forming a group, contact Andy Burns at [email protected]
